Why does the Phoenix metro nouns allow itself to hold on sprawling approaching it have be?

So many inhabitants want to move here, where else would they move about? It's not like we are going to utter "No, no one else is allowed to move here" :)

Because there is so much unequivocal land to break in on. Unfortunately Phoenix has other lagged aft in building the freeways, and supporting public transportation. In 2009 will bring back the first leg of a light railing system that is something like 20 years too late.
It's amazing how much building is going on nearby. The new developments out surrounded by the far northwest of town are in the middle of nowhere! I'm sure the nouns between PHX and the new developments will eventually swarm in and the mega sprawl will verbs.
