Unique NYE philosophy contained by New York City...?
I will be traveling with my fiance to the attractive NYC for New Years from North Carolina. Im looking for something fun to do on New Years Eve. I am 25 and he is 27. Im thinking that we dont want to spend 100-200 dollars on a trendy party or to sit outside within the freezing cold for 10 hours to watch the globe drop.
Any ideas that will be fun or extremely rare that will not break the bank?

If you don't option to freeze with the fools, and don't want to spend the money, do what I wallow in - spend the evening with well brought-up friends and family surrounded by a private party.

If you are refering to stay at a tango club place in New Years eve, likelihood are you will pay 100 per character, that is to enjoy a great time. The last article I want is to be cheap and end up not have fun because of it. NYC is expensive.
