Disney's Pop-Century resort Vs. All star Movies resort?
We are trying to make reservations at Disney World. Which hotel is better to stay at...the Pop-Century or All star Movies resort? We hold always stayed at the middle stratum hotels but wanted to hide away a few dollars this time around. So opinions would be appreciated, which would be better to stay at? Thanks for your time!

We have stayed at both, the room size and collation choices are the same, the big difference is contained by the age. Pop Century is much younger and it shows. Also it has it's on bus routes, beside the All Stars the same bus serves adjectives the All Star Resorts, so you often enjoy more crowded buses are longer wait times.
Pop Century have the advantage of individual the newest of the expediency resort and the sales levy is ever-so-slightly lower at Pop-Century. This really only affects payment shop & food court purchases as Disney prices the values the same, especially near packages.
Are you driving or using Disney transportation? Parking is closer to the buildings at All-Star Movies.
Disney transportation: Pop Century has its own buses. In lower season, the All-Stars sometimes share buses.
Theming: I one-sidedly prefer All-Star Movies. Pop Century seems more "Mattel" than "Disney" to me.
The movies be sold out so we stayed at the pop century. I think they are pretty similar. I thought the room be cozy and the buses were other there, scarcely had to hang about at all.
I LIKE THE MOVIES. AND THE RUMORS WITH THE BUS THING NOT TRUE UNLESS YOU GO AT XMAS WHEN THEY ARE VERY BUSY.tHE MOVIES IS VERY NICE AND KEPT UP TO DATE.

Pop - 1 bus. Much newer. Slightly bigger (275 sq feet). Slightly smaller number in price due to lower charge rate (7% vs 6%, i beleive)
Movies - 10+ years old. 250 sq foot. Same base price but superior tax bracket. 1 bus that serves adjectives 3 resorts - happens more normally during slow times.
Go for POP!
we love the Pop Century.
they are both really desperate, and i would try staying at a moderate resort if anything. they are like motels, and evryone i know hate them when they go. they enjoy no service, and you'll be taking your bags up to your room yourself! i stay at deluxe resorts whenever i dance, and i have gone 7 times, and am going support in feb.2008! i instinctively think that the individual good things in the region of them are the pools, but thats it! and the movie one has really cool decor everywhere, but i would never ever stay near!! have fun though, hope that help!
