Things to do contained by San Diego?
My friends and I are going to San Diego. We are 18 and are only going to be nearby one day. What are the MUST SEE places and things to do and what angelic, affordable restaurants. THanks.

Sea World!
For sometime definitely stir to Balboa Park(Zoo, museums, etc). For great steak Donovans in La Jolla is superb.
Lots of stuff in Balboa Park- step there for sure.
If you resembling the navy ships- tour the big one near.
As for eating- we like Tom Hamms Lighthouse (not cheap!)
and going to LaJoya which is close by- a place call George's - best view you will ever see!
