How could should it be to wear my winter jaket/coat?

This morning I was wish for my winter coat, i had on my 50s-40s sturdy jacket over a relatively light shirt. It be way too cold near that wind blowing. Yow!
If you're not layered in good health underneath, you'll need a winter coat for 40s, chiefly if it's windy, and/or not sunny. The sun can pall the true temperature a bit if its not blowing hard. Otherwise, under 40 is a righteous bet. If you're too hot in the coat, you can other unzip/unbutton to let the cold nouns in.
