Where can I find a well brought-up, cheap nouns to live surrounded by contained by Los Angeles, CA?
Answers:
Seriously, you can find it in West Los Angeles (Westwood area)
condo for around $600K to $800K two-bedrooms.
For rent: 2 bed/2bath within this area around $1,800/$2,000 per month
There is honest, there is cheap - but both - you aren't going to find it.
Good Luck!
Hay, dios mio, pious luck my friend! Cheap and good don't move about together there.
Start by buying a tarp, and then query for some twigs so you can build a shelter.
i deduce that $2,000 a month is realistic. There are place within the SanFernando Valley, Thousand Oaks and Calabasas to rent. I think that for that form of rent you do not have to be in motion to poverty row or skid row. Because you seem believable in wht you own to spend. I think that you might be surprised at some of the nice neighborhoods that $2,000 a month can bring .
If you are looking for a 1- 2 bed room apartment you should know how to find one in San Fernando Valley (Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Norhtridge) deeply close to Los Angeles. Santa Clarita Valley (Valencia, Canyon Country, Santa Clarita) is much nicer but not as close and you could find a 2 bed room apartment for less than 2,000 a month. Check out Rent.com
If you are of a mind to pay 2,000 a month, you can live almost anywhere - depending on how plentiful bedrooms you want. $2,000 a month doesn't seem cheap to me! But perchance you are coming from a more expensive place like NY or San Fran.
I considered necessary to pay underneath 750 and could hardly find anything!
For two imperial, you could easily live within the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Glendale/Burbank, West Los Angeles... almost anywhere. But if you aren't a fan of traffic, digit out what area you are going to be working surrounded by and find a place somewhat close to that. Spending two grand a month, you can probably find something nice close to almost anywhere you want to work.
everywhere surrounded by L.A. is expensive...everywhere in purely about entire california is expensive...even the ghetto nouns is keeping up with cost of living...
You could handle Woodland Hills contained by the valley. For buying a home you could not afford south of the boulevard (ventura) but in that are houses in your list, apartments in your array. It is also less than 1/2 hour to the beach including Malibu.
But beware... in summer it is the hottest place contained by all of the dale and all of LA.
Palmdale is farely close and it is extremely cheaper than L.A.
You might look down around Gardena.
Oxymoron Good and Cheap
$2K will seize you a good rental anywhere surrounded by LA and $1MM will get you a wearing clothes house as well. You don't enjoy a problem...
