There are a couple of different ways to do this:
1) From Penn Station, catch the "E" train uptown to the 51st Street Station, verbs to the #6 train also going uptown. Get off at E. 68th Street. This will walk out you on the corner of E.68th Street and Lexington Avenue. Park Avenue is 1 block west of Lexington and is a 2-way street.
