There are lots of fun things to do on and off the Vegas strips. Here are some Vegas attractions, free attractions and tours.

Have fun
the wet show and the light show are pretty big
My beset suggestion is to just enjoy fun. I find that when you try to plan too much it tends to backfire. Just play it by ear, I am sure that you will wallow in. Try going downtown as opposed to the strip, more locals are in attendance and they will be able to teem you in on adjectives the perks, and places to be in motion. Have fun.
Get hold of the dept of tourism and they can enlighten you all the sites to see and do.
Its tough to answer that question here because " what go on in Vegas, satys within Vegas.
Its very nice, but you should try Tahoe sometime. Just not within the winter.
Depends on your age. Must be 21yrs aged to gamble and drink.
Hit the clubs
Sunday- Body English at Hard Rock
Monday- Jet at Mirage
Tues- Pure at Cesars Palace
Wed- LAX at Luxor
Have fun!!
Only 3 days?? You had better pack some well-mannered walking shoes.
I'll skip the "go see the bank or the caynon" speech. Stay on the strip b/c you dont' have much time.
1. Check out the Hotels ~ From the Wynn to the Luxor - don't miss any of them if they look appealing to you (but skip the mature, dated ones ...and hooters too).
1a. See the free shows on the strip ~ & I'm talking the apposite free shows on the real (read: new) strip. TI, Mirage, Belagio - the ones worth watching
2. jump to a club, bar, lounge - somewhere you won't see at home. Do some research online to find what you close to, but stay on the strip (you'll thank me later). Try Tabu on a Thursday night (MGM), or Tryst. Pure surrounded by Ceasers is good, but bring there impulsive or wait contained by line. Jet is fun...etc. etc. Also, check out the Palms jsut stale teh strip for some good times too. If you want to skip the lines and the cover, www.napkinnights.com will put you on the guestlist for free.
3. Waht happen in Vegas stays within Vegas. How about spicing things up next to your BF and taking him to Crazy Horse 2? $20 cover (or it was 5+ years ago) - but could engineer for a fun ending to the darkness.
4. Above all, HAVE FUN
5. Eat in good health - last but not lowest possible, finda t least one cuisine you've be dying to try and then put together reservations for that restaurant. Vegas has more 5 star chefs surrounded by 5 miles than anywhere else in the world. Yum! (Maybe Rum Jungle - Google that one (Mandalay Bay))
As for shows, I suggest Spamalot, if you're a Monty Python fan.
A bit of direction, you may want to invest in a multi-day go past on the Monorail so you can visit masses of the resorts without have to walk or drive. The Monorail have many stops along the strip at several resorts. http://www.vegas.com/transportation/mono...
Don't forget to check out the matured strip downtown. http://www.visitlasvegas.com/vegas/featu...
Good luck!
Stay in Henderson. It's cheaper and you can shift to Vegas but not pay Vegas hotel prices. Here's a knit:
