What character of shopping u are looking for? SOme of the beach shops surrounded by miami beach (north) hold some really cute brazilian jeans.. and i've been to dolphin shopping precinct (really big) there's another one next to it, and i've be to aventura mall. aventura is really expensive!! i almost couldnt buy anything near.. well i can in a minute hehe. aventura mall is not surrounded by miami though its in aventura.
Dolphin Mall have alot of great and cheap shopping. It is about 10 tp 15 minutes from the airport. The Falls is alot farther and have a more upscale shopping area. Sunset Mall is also dignified end and pricy. Dadeland Mall is a middle ground. There are alot of high-ranking end shops beside smaller buisnesses. If you take the 836 west to the 826 south you will see it on your not here hand side!
Wholesale clothing district: We don't really enjoy many of those within Miami the only place I can meditate of is Dolphin Mall which is very close to Miami International Airport. Now I don't know what type of shopping you are looking for. For the shopping Miami is distinguished for which is expensive things you go to Bal Harbor Mall contained by Bal Harbor near Miami Beach almost 35minutes with no traffic from the Airport. Or you walk to Coral Gables which is also about 25 minutes no traffic from the Airport. Also near is plenty of unique shopping on Collins Ave within Miami Beach and Lincoln road also in Miami Beach.
One of the largest malls within the world is about a hour and partially north of Miami in north Broward County. The given name of the mall is Sawgrass Mills. It is a huge precinct, with oodles outlet stores etc.. But Miami is not really known for outlet shopping, Miami is prearranged for its good upscale shopping approaching NY,London,LA type of shopping.
Oh yea the malls open at 10 close at around 9. The upscale stores begin at 9 or 10 and close around 6-7. Many stores in Miami Beach will remain uncap till 10-11pm a few till 12am.
