If you have the money simply stay on Miami Beach South of 24th street between Washington Ave and Ocean Drive. That is where everyone will be. Memorial Day contained by Miami Beach is crazy. I live in Miami and Memorial afternoon weekend is the 3 days which I dont even think just about driving across the bridge to Miami Beach, it is just to crazy lots of inhabitants. And the crowd is not exactly the best always a rise contained by crime those few days, but thats what happens when nearby are so many relatives there at once. I am sure it will be alot of fun! Enjoy your stay and if you dont want to drive anywhere since traffic is CRAZY stay somewhere where on earth I told you. Miami Beach South of 24th street between Washington Ave and Ocean Drive
