Where's a clothed hotel within Chicago where on earth we can seize a room for a few daytime hours w/ cash- no credit cards?

Okay. I was within last dark for a concert that got canceled after driving for 7 hours. I stayed at Magnificent Mile Inn of Chicago. Dont stay at hand. First off it is downtown and cost $203 PER NIGHT. The front desk wasnt going to adopt us because we got the room on my dads credit card and we have our reservations in foot...they made my mom call the company even after showing them the credit card the reservations and a license to transmute the reservations to get nickname. When we went to our room it be about the size of a dorm room and I yearning I could have taken pictures of the bathroom. It be ridiculous. There was not adequate room to even change contained by there. AND the intact time I was in that you could feel the building sway so it feel like you be getting sea sick. The solitary positive thing be the bed was the best night sleep I have ever gotten within a hotel bed. From LA to Destin Houston Lexington Louisville Las Vegas...Chicago has some of the higest prices I can remember. SO obedient luck going there, but if I be you I would stay somewhere outside the city.

Look for those that hold a "Siesta Rate" sign. None of them are going to be nice, and I hope you don't catch bedbugs, because they are a headache to get rid of...but rampant within cheap, crappy hotels.
I've seen those "type" of places usually practical the airport. Sign reads "Four-hour Nap rate" ewwww
