Little Chapel of Flowers, right across the street from the Strat.
Very professional, everything be great. The Limo picks you up, and returns you to where ever you want to move about.
Limo took us to airport for Grand Canyon Helicopter ride, the limo home to Flamingo.
People at home can watch on net site. Was great.

They enjoy reviews of anything you could possibly think to do within Vegas (hotels, clubs, restaurants, shows etc) and I found a whole page of reviews on marriage ceremony chapels and wedding packages. There are also candid pictures, which might serve. You've got a ton of choices (the Bellagio Wedding Chapel? the Graceland Wedding Chapel? There's also a record written by a woman who used A Hollywood Wedding Chapel for her ceremony, and she's pretty in-depth about how it go (from what I can tell, it solely cost $150 -- should fit into your "kinda poor" budget!
