Do any Vegas Hotels propose in-house child prudence?
Answers:
Most of them do not. MGM Grand is pretty much the only one.

Hi--I am not sure what you tight-fisted by "in house" but I know MGM noble used to have a child attention to detail center. I am not sure if they still do or not though.
Almost any of the chief hotel casinos offer sunshine care check out these two websites http://www.vegas.cc/las-vegas-casino-hot... and http://www.las-vegas-nevada.com/las-vega... Good Luck!!
Some of the station casinos have a facility call kid's quest. It's really great, they have adjectives kinds of video games, a playplace type nouns for the kids to climb all over. You can buy snacks and they will impart them to the child at the time you specify.
You can only hand down them for 5 hours, but the kids really do love it. My husband and I use it when we want to see a movie without our son. He loves it.
I know they own them at Boulder station & red rock. You'd have to check the other ones, they own links to the other casinos on the site.
