Are near going to be any topical hotels/ parks orifice at Disney World soon?
Answers:
It's not a Disney Park, but I hear that a Harry Potter/Hogwarts park was exit in Orlando within a year or so.
No topical parks coming up.
As to hotels, I heard something (possibly a rumour) more or less a high-end resort going in at the Eagle Pines Golf Course. It's allegedly human being operated by the Four Seasons and not WDW.
There is also supposed to be a pet-hotel-

The Harry Potter "park" mentioned is not a new area park, but rather a different "land" in Universal's Islands of Adventure subject matter park.
Disney has not announced any unusual theme parks -- it'll be 5 or more years in the past that happens, if ever. They are concentrating on fixing up what they hold.
Disney is just getting started on a clean entertainment, shopping & hotel district in the western boundary of the landscape they own -- it'll be at the intersection with tollroad 429, and will own "value" resorts, shops & restaurants. Kinda like Downtown Disney, but different (ie: not as expensive).
They are allowing Four Seasons to build a outstandingly high-end resort up near the Contemporary, and rumors are that they are going to expand Pop Century Resort to own family suites.
Speaking of the Contemporary, they are building alien Disney Vacation Club units here as well.

No new hotels but Disneys Animal Kingdom Lodge is revamping to unfurl the new DAK villas. Those will be the spanking new thing soon, as for parks they are newly keeping the ones they have dutiful and just making them better!
