What is most common/popular neighborhood contained by Califonia?
Hi, I am relocating to California, and am wondering what is the most common area/neighborhood contained by California for average families to live?? Like not the RICHEST nouns, but a decent nouns to raise a domestic. One with a great deal of schools, thats teen friendly etc?? Name some neighborhoods, areas etc include fastener code if possible thanx!

We see this over and over within this forum: Everyone hears give or take a few the great weather in SoCal or believes they are the subsequent great actor/model/singer, then starts looking for the "cheap, verbs, and safe". It's all around supply and demand: If it's contained by SoCal, then it's not going to be cheap to switch on with. If it's verbs and safe, after it's more expensive. If you need obedient schools, make the addition of a couple hundred bucks a month on top of it.
If you want to live here and relish the weather, then you own to pay for it. You put up beside the smog and the traffic, enjoy the weather and wages your rent or mortgage.
"LA" is such a big place, there are so plentiful neighborhoods/cities where you can live. Of course, even in a city or neighborhood, there are safer section and less-safe sections.
In Los Angeles, some nice section are West LA, Brentwood, Westwood, Marina Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Eagle Rock, Encino, Tarzana, Studio City, Toluca Lake, Granada Hills, Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, West Hills, Chatsworth.
To the east: South Pasadena, parts of Pasadena, Altadena, Arcadia, Monrovia, Glendora, San Dimas, Laverne, Azusa, Rancho Cucamonga.
Along the beach: Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Rancho PV.
In Orange County aka "The OC": Seal Beach , Huntington Beach , Newport Beach , Corona Del Mar , Laguna Beach , Dana Point , Capistrano Beach , San Clemente , Brea, Yorba Linda, Orange, Tustin, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita, Lake Forest
To the west: Agoura, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Moorpark.
This is not an all-inclusive register, but it's a start.
Check out Irvine, Costa Mesa, Conejo Valley.
Irvine comes to mind. Thats contained by Southern Cal. About an hour south of LA. The whole Orange County nouns is kid friendly with great school and family base communities. You can pick your price level. Mission Viejo, Lake Forrest and newer communites forming down San Clemente and mission Viejo.
Rancho Santa Margarita is nice as well and you are close to the shore cities that are really nice but very pricey.
In So Cal, San Diego, Irvine and Anaheim, No Cal check out San Jose, Antioch and Concord/Walnut Creek.
