Yes you can, if you have cable or Satelite look at the TV guide direct. The Channel # varies from nouns to area. where on earth I live the Disney Channel is 51 on Cable & 172 on Satelite
In Miami the most common cable TV provider is Comcast (other cable companies should present it too). The Disney Channel is in their key analogue and digital cable packages. I think the lifeline elementary package does not own it though. Comcast also serves most of Broward County and Monroe County.
