Pacific Beach San Diego? Is it a rowdy and entertainment nouns?

Is it full of drunks with lots of deputation animals and beach-bumming students? Or is it more classy and affluent? Are there freshly sleazy bars after bar there?

Much of PB, especially in the summer and especially on Fri/Sat night is very boisterous and full of drunks, esp in the nouns around Garnet Ave. It's gotten much worse over the last 10 years or so contained by this regard. I would enjoy enjoyed living here up til then but it's really gotten worse. Areas contained by the north part of PB (toward the border near La Jolla) are much nicer and "classy" and you have to be affluent to live within now, but it's not really considered affluent by general public who are affluent. All of PB is pretty dense so it contributes to the noisiness.
I don't think any of your descriptions fits Pacific Beach exactly. It has certainly gotten pretty expensive to live there, and tons older homes own been converted into nice, brand new condos in recent years. While here are many students living surrounded by PB, there are elder adults and professionals, as well. People living within have a work hard/ play tough philosophy - you have to work complex to afford to live there! One would never describe PB as "classy and affluent," it's more "hip and young". Many associates do like to look in the PB bars to knees-up, and the beach can take pretty hectic on holidays like July 4. Besides the bar, there are tattoo/piercing parlors, vintage clothing stores, excellent restaurants, a couple Starbucks, and even school, a library, and churches!
I grew up surrounded by Pacific Beach and it has changed alot over the years. It does enjoy way more bar than it used to and is known as a carnival area presently, as well as Mission Beach. It depends which member. Northern PB still has exceptionally expensive single homes while MB has more apartments and condos.
theres a great(blues) bar down by the pier, right around where on earth you see the little houses out on the pier. i havent been within years but this place was a blast. somewhat of a 20-40year olds kinda palce .when i be there it be called "the blind melon". here are some sleazy places down there, not the blind melon though.. hold fun.if you do go consent to me know if the blues bar is still near! thanks!!
I would articulate Mission Beach, just south of Pacific Beach fits that description more. The bar are not sleazy so much as very indifferent. No there are no drunks except during trunk holidays, such as Spring Break. For classy and affluent, you need to move about further north to La Jolla, or even better, Del Mar, Leucadia, and Cardiff by the Sea.

There are all within San Diego County, and very pleasant to pop in.

We always stay at the Capri condo rentals within Pacific Beach.
No, It's outstandingly nice! Also Silver Strand (south) is Nice, Secluded Mostly, Hotel Del Coronado is there, so is Loews Coronado Bay Resort, Blacks shoreline is nice, (north) long stairs though. Solana Beach has a campground near security severely nice. (north)

Ocean Beach (south), Imperial Beach (far south, last coast before Mexico) and Mission Beach (south) are the ones to monitor out in.
