NAVY PIER! :)
The Magnificent Mile...a shoppers heaven!
I would hit the Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium and Museum of Science and Industry. I would also purely walk around downtown, it's striking. There's also a boat trip that goes down the river into Lake Michigan, but I'm not sure if it runs this time of year. If it does bundle up!

Dining suggestions: Greektown, Chinatown, and Giordano's Pizza.

Have fun!
Malls!
The art museum is great, so it the Natural History museum and the Aquarium.

Stroll up and down Michigan Ave, and go to Millers Pub subsequent to the Palmer hotel.
If you approaching comedy and want to laugh till you cry, try seeing SECOND CITY. Look it up..
Take the tour bus surrounded by the downtown area. Besides seeing like mad, you can get further information on adjectives the sites. That's how I've done it in other cities when visting especially London. The tour bus guide give me great information on things to go and see when I get off the bus. I really did see profoundly when I was on the bus though and you can stop and find off to look up close at something and later get on the subsequent bus going by to continue the trip. Have fun.

Perhaps ride the Red Line el train from Downtown the North End of the city. You won't get a better example of the cross-section of associates and places that make up Chicago.

Soldier Field on a Bears Game year. Even if you don't have a ticket, simply walk around and see the relations tailgating, partying, etc. It's a fun/strange atmosphere. who know, they may ask you to join the jamboree...

Sears Tower.. Not much to see but it is the tallest building in North American so I guess that's something.

Lunch or dinner surrounded by Greektown. Order the saganaki... opaaaa!!

The Green Mill jazz bar. A classic Chicago stick. If you can't make it within, try the Old Town Ale House bar on North Ave.
Depends on what really interests you. Most population go to the Sear Tower, Art Institute, Navy Pier, and the Museum of Science & Industry.

They own something called the Museum Tour if you're interested surrounded by that stuff, but it takes the adjectives day for the most member. You will go to the Art Institute, Museum of Science & Industry, and the Field Museum.
