Hi,
Under the Visa Waiver Program how many visit can I make to the United States within one year (I am a British Passport Holder)
Am I able to fashion a one week to 10 day call round every month under the program?

Answers:
Under US VWP rules, you are allowed multiple entries into the US on 2 conditions:
1) A single call round lasts no longer than 90 days;
2) The total number of days stayed surrounded by the US does not exceed 182 days in any 12 month spell.
However, if you are going for 7-10 days every month, some questions may be raise by immigration after a few months. You may be able to travel for roughly 3-4 months without raise any questions but do be prepared to be stopped for question. If you are stopped, you will not be allowed a lawyer for your first interview.
I made 6 visit to the US back surrounded by 2005. 3 visits be on business over a 4 month period (shortest trip one two weeks and longest being 5 weeks). I subsequently made 3 more entries into the US following that year when travelling around Canada, Peru, US, and Iceland (the shortest stay being 1 year, the longest day man 3 days). I was not stopped as such: nobody bat an eyelid about my multiple entries that year; I did however capture stopped entering the US from Canada because the immigration officer did not have anything better to do and question every visa stamp in my passport.
You can stay surrounded by the US for upto 90 days in one year.
