Minimum age Orlando?
I want to go to orlando from the UK this summer beside my girlfriend, we are both 17. I know I cant drink alcohol or rent a car, but will I enjoy trouble doing anything else. I can always hang about till i'm 18 so that I can get a credit card and stay at a hotel (what hotels hold a minimum check in age of 18 that you know of? or younger). Can I still shift to most restaurants and do other things around orlando such as go to matter parks at the age of 17?
Answers:
You will not be able to acquire a hotel without a credit card. You will not be capable of check in lacking being over 18 and some hotels over 21. You can't rent a motor in Florida unless you are almost 25 (they hold their own rules most likely because of druken teens on spring break)
YOu can dance to theme parks, you can drink at restaurants.
If you havent get a adult over the age of 21 try and lurk until you are both at least 18 minimum to avoid any dissapointments when near as ideally you would be better of hireing a car to receive about as taxi will cost most of your spending money .
All hotels require you to be at least 18, and lots 21. You'll also likely necessitate a credit card to secure a room.
You will probably have a knotty time without someone contained by your party anyone over 23 or possibly even over 25. Due to all of the problems within Florida - many hotels enjoy policies in place not to rent rooms to anyone below 21 (at MINIMUM).
As far as car rentals - I don't devise that you can rent a car until you are 21 (and i.e. only beside a $20+ USD/day extra fee). In Orlando there is no tangible public transportation (at least for tourist use)... I can't see paying for taxi's any - they would cost a fortune.
Restaurants (family type), Theme Parks - No Issues... They won't let you into a tablet though - minimum drinking age in the US is 21.
You are probably going to be better bad staying in Europe - conceivably Spain or something? The rules are a lot more relaxed than the US.
If you can, I would recommend getting some friends/family over 25 to travel near you... they will be able to rent a motor, check in to a hotel beside no issues.
If you are just looking to see Walt Disney World, you can see what is available AT the park... they own their own bus/tram system & it is free for WDW hotel guests. (Of course, you may still run into room rental issues).
