You didn't specify a mode of travel. Flying, driving, or combination. It is over 2,000 miles from Disney to Vegas, and around the same from Vegas to Philly. I am guessing, from the context of your request for information that you do not live in this country. A trip of over 5,000 miles within a rental car would cost a small fortune. Fuel will cost over $700.
You could fly to Orlando to see Disney World, next take a guided tour or rental vehicle to Kennedy Space Center.
Fly to Vegas and rent a car to jump to the Grand Canyon. Hoover Dam is Worth seeing too, it isn't far from Vegas.
Fly from Vegas to Philly. Take the train to NY from Philly, it's only a couple of hours.
Hope it works out for you. Have a great trip.
First fly to Orlando, Florida to Disney. Then fly to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Then cart the train to New York City (Penn Station). Then fly to Vegas. You will spend the most time at your destinations and less time traveling.
The Flight from Orlando to Philidelphia is give or take a few 1.5 hours.
The train trip from Philly to New York's Penn Station is about 1.5 hours. You do not stipulation a rental car contained by Manhattan. You can even take the train from Penn Station to JFK airport to fly to Vegas. I recommend flying Jet Blue Airline constant to Vegas. Very comfortable new planes. Flight take about 6 or so hours. In Las Vegas you can rent a motor to drive the Grand Canyon (about 5.5 hours). You drive over the Hoover Dam on the way. You can stop at hand for a tour if you like. You probably want to book a room right outside the Grand Canyon and stay overnight. Then find up just formerly dawn and drive into Grand Canyon National Park and monitor the sun rise. Pretty spectacular to see. There is a road that runs all the method around the rim with plenty of vantage points to stop at and eulogize the view. There are rest areas and a scattering of payment shops as well as an watch tower along the way. See as much as you resembling then any stay another night (take the sunset tour) or principal back to Vegas.
You can return to Australia from Vegas.
Bon Voyage!

I assume you have reason to start in Disney and shutting down in Philly? Because it might receive more sense and perhaps release some travel time to end contained by Vegas/Grand Canyon area if you can.
But to stick beside the preferences you gave -
1. Disney (Orlando, FL)
2. NASA (which NASA? There is Kennedy Space Center within Florida, the Space Flight Center in Alabama, Johnson Space Center within Houston). You could easily engineer a day trip to Kennedy from Orlando, and the drive to Alabama would be doable, but not as a daytrip. You'd enjoy to fly to Houston.
3. Memphis, TN - home of Graceland, which was Elvis' mansion (you'd probably want to fly, but you could do a bus or train or even drive from FL or Alabama)
4. Las Vegas - run a day trip to the Grand Canyon from Vegas, or do a helicopter tour from Vegas.
5. New York City
6. Philly - you can glibly take a train from New York to Philly.
