What are the best clubs, etc for a single feminine solo contained by LA?
I am here on a solo trip and want to go to some nightclub, I tend to be a little timorous about going to a club by myself. What are the best clubs, etc for a single womanly solo with no friends to hold her company

Look at La Boom (EVERYONE always negotiations about it but I've never be..)
Vertigos (small little place in downtown that usually plays 80s and rock but sometimes plays rap or spanish music..)
I don't really know roughly speaking safe places to move about alone.. I only jump with my husband I've never see anyplace I would want to go alone =/
west hollywood(WeHo), near all the gays around, the place isnt that impossible, unless u venture a bit too far down the wrong way of santa monica blvd. infirm town pasadena is a good too, lots of clubs and bar. they really cleaned up since the 90's
