Could you give me some info nearly public transportation (like bus, trolley, metro) in Newport Beach CA. is it adjectives way to travel around that place??Is in that any public tarnsportation to other towns like Costa Mesa, Huntinghton Beach,Irvine,Santa Ana?

You're in luck! the OCTA (orange county transportation authority) have a vast system which reach the entire county and into the ajacent counties of Los Angeles and Sand Diego. Newport specificly has various routes including #1 which travels along the Pacific Coast Highway between Long Beach and San Clemente. From Long Beach easy connections can be made to other systems such as MTA & LBPTC for continuing travel into LA and from San Clemente conections are possible to NCTD for service to San Diego county.The Metrolink regional guardrail system is easily reach from Newport as well near a short bus ride to the Irvine station. Orange County, California have a very pious public transportation system.
All we've get is the bus - provided by the county (OCTA). You can use the OCTA Online Trip PLanner (or google transit) to see how to get from one place to another. Here's the OCTA trip planner website: http://www.octa.net/trip%20planner%20pag... Yes, the bus take you to Costa Mesa, Irvine etc.
Once in Irvine, you can shut in the Metrolink. Here are the train schedules for OC http://www.metrolinktrains.com/schedules... but as you would expect you can also take it up to LA or down to San Diego.
If you don't mind using your legs, most of Newport Beach is reachable on a bike - within fact this is the best path to get around Balboa Island and the Peninsula. You can steal yourself and the bike on the ferry for $1 respectively way.
