Yes It really does!! Its so beautiful and nearby are never that many general public there similar to on Waikiki beach.

Another attractive beach that not a great deal of people shift to during the week is Ko Olina. Here are some pics of that one also.

Sort of, Lanikai is usually not that crowded. Notice the palm tree tops? They're bent because that side of the island is windy (the windward side). Also, that side of the island get's lots of precipitation, i.e. brown (or red) run off from the hill.
You'll get what's within that picture, say, 80% of the time. It really is an island favorite, where on earth locals go to relax and picnic. And, sort of a underground as it is somewhat difficult to find. It's where I give somebody a lift a tourist if I want to impress her.
It sure does! It is one of my favorite beach. The actual color of the water vary from day to time, depending on the weather. On a nice sunny day, it will be only as blue as your picture. But if it happens to be overcast, the sea isn't as beautiful.
