Long Island - what do you close to roughly speaking living nearby?
And if you've lived elsewhere, please compare. I am aware of the real estate prices on Long Island:)

I've lived surrounded by New York for my entire life. I grain safe surrounded by my neighborhood...most of the school systems are apt, if you're going to college in another state, NY students are usually see as above the national average. I'm less than an hour away from Manhattan, smaller number than 20 minutes away from the ocean... If it wasn't so expensive, it would probably be foolproof.
I spent about a month living surrounded by Florida. I just feel that there be less to do, smaller quantity cultural things to do (Museums, art galleries, biddable restaurants, people) I was purely always bored...
Well its more quiet and not crowded approaching inside the city and people are better.but it s pretty expensive so its better for general public who have ample money.i live in queens myself and its not best but ok.long island is great but and has the deep nearby but as i said you inevitability money for it.

When I be in Glen Cove, it be nice being 2 blocks away from the hose. Growing up in the West Indies (where I be surrounded by water) it was especially comforting.
I lived contained by NYC and LI (garden city) and like long island because its close to NYC and the hose. I now live surrounded by NYC because i love city life and i have to be in the city for my commission.
