21st brithday gathering within las vegas surrounded by March?
On a budget, looking for a cheap hotel on strip and other activites that are a must do. Going with family connections so can't be to wild! gratefulness!

Terribles is five minutes from the strip. You will save money near. Also look on Vegas.com and see if there are any other hotels a short time ago off the strip and see if they can donate you a good dea.
