It's lame but you should try Niagara on the Lake. The wine tours are great and in the summer its really nice, especially if you're into theater.

Hmmm what else. NYC is too far. Maybe Pittsburgh? They've get a cool zoo, museum, station square, and the neighborhoods downtown are nice. Cleveland sucks, there's nothing to do in that, really. Oh and there's always Toronto but I aversion Toronto for various reason so I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
