Just returned from New York City, that wonderful town! I notice something I want to ask you natives roughly.?
Often when people have to double park for a few minutes, or just have to stop in the street to build a delivery or for some other use, I NEVER saw a car or truck beside the four way flashing lights on! I would enjoy thought that it would be the first thing a personality thinks of when they own to stop in an unusual place. Please explain. I love NYC!

Double parkers are so common and annoying, New Yorkers newly take them for granted. When I drive, I expect to see double parked vehicle, and I usually do. No one bothers to put on flashers because no one else puts them on.
The judgment I don't double park as a NY native is because double parking is private and four way flashers bring wayy too much attention to my coup¨¦ :)
I don't put on my blinkers because it's an invitation for the cops to ticket you. If you put your blinkers on they are far more plausible to notice you and ticket you.
They don't watchfulness that you're only going to be a minute. The unbroken point of the ticket is the revenue it generates.
I DO, however, go off a note within my dashboard window next to my cellphone number, so if I've double parked someone in, and they obligation to get out at once, they can call me.
not a soul bothers, its just a stupid rule approaching tha posted speed limit. plus, it attracts attention that you ARE double parked, and you'll receive a ticket even faster
