Manhattan .. upright place to live?
is it a good place to live.. i stingy i guess its rele expensive but thats not an issue, what are the ppl, shops and enviroment like?

Manhattan is a polite place to live, if you have the brass to live there. The entire borough is expensive, an apartment nearby start off at $2000 a month and go up from there. Even food is expensive, at final check, a gallon (3.78 liters) of milk cost $4.75. So yeah, Manhattan is expensive.
