Has anyone ever be to the American Film Institute Showcase within Disney World?

Has anyone ever been to the American Film Institute Showcase surrounded by Disney World? What are some the really cool things you have see inside it? Can you just hike right into it or do you have to linger in chain? If someone has any cool photos of things inside of it could you post a join?
Thanks

I believe it is temporarily closed right now, until May 1, 2008. Check for sure:

I think you hold to prebook this but well worth the time that take then you enjoy to meet at a given time and place to pilfer the tour.

Have a great time
I have be in the AFI showcase! I would enjoy to say it's pretty cool. The Backlot Tour at the Studios simply drops you off into the AFI showcase, and you can amble through it at your leisure. There are no lines, and sometimes relatives walk through like greased lightning if they are in a hurry, while others applaud the exhibits. Being an avid Pirates movie fanatic, one of the most interesting things that I found surrounded by the showcase was when Captain Barbossa's entire costume be on display. I also enjoyed seeing one of the plentiful outfits that Glenn Close wore as Cruella DeVille in the live-action edition of 101 Dalmatians! They rotate out various costumes, so on different trips I tend to see different exhibits. I contemplate the last one I saw a few months ago be centered around "Villians", and should still be on display currently.
