Medine surrounded by time zone?
I take tablets in the morning and at darkness and I take it every 12 hours so surrounded by Vancouver BC, Canada, I take my prescription at 10:00 am and 10:00 pm. So how could I get used to it surrounded by New York City time then eventually I will clutch it at 10:00am and 10:00 pm there. I don't attain how to do it.

Take it at 10 in the morning as usual on the morning you leave Vancouver. Then that ntie nick it at midnite. Then take it at 10 the subsequent morning and 11 that nite. On the 3rd day simply go rear legs to your usual 10 and 10. An hr or so off-time is going to be fine.
