Good place to leave along the east coast?
I'm trying to find a great beach to break at this summer (me and my boyfriend). The closer to PA the better as then it will be cheaper :). And when is the best time of the summer to travel? Thanks!

If you want to stay close to PA, I would suggest Ocean City, NJ. Boardwalks, restaurants, and a nice shoreline.
If you are wanting to stay close to PA, try Ocean City, MD. or, Virginia Beach, VA. Both are excellent beaches. You might want to be in motion early surrounded by the summer although I haven't been to any beach contained by a while so I don't know how crowded they get or how untimely they get crowded.
The Closest Beaches would be the Jersey Shore. But not too Far away would be Ocean City, MD and Rehobeth, DE. But all of these are glorious season in the summer - won't be cheap. If you can stir before Memorial daylight or after labor day you might find bargain
