How much do servers and hostesses trade name within LA?

I know relatives complain not giving enough tips to servers.. all right I did work as a server while in college for a couple of months and I hold to say this be a choice. If you complain not making enough on tips look for another work. (at least you bring back minimum wage and tips... Fast Food pace workers might deserve more than servers but they don't even capture tips or respect)

Yeah when I was a server it be in Mississippi (at an Outback surrounded by a high come to an end suburb) and making $2.13 ...an hour came to avg of 5.50 to 11.00 after tips, most times 8.
So I am of late assuming that in LA 8 dlls plus 5 or 9 within tips will give you adequate 13 to 17 an hour
Its usually minimum wage ($8 an hour) plus tips. Tips depend on the restaurant. Waiters at upscale places can product bank on tips alone, which working at a mom and pop place probably won't sort you so much.
