Bellagio suites are awesome...
Definitely Bellagio. It's got a great location and the hotel is fabulous. Running a close second is the Venetian. Why? Did you win the lottery?

The Palms has the most opulent, decadent, expensive suite within LV - $40,000 per night.
All of the 4 & 5 star resorts contained by LV are going to have incredible suites. They spend millions on special suites for their large rollers(whales).

The four seasons only has it adjectives. Game at Mandalay bay.
The Wynn without a doubt. Steve Wynn designs the most beautiful buildings. Everything inside that place is gorgeous. Definitely a suite at the Wynn.
The Hotel at Mandalay Bay. It's a immensely modern classy hotel without the shiny flecks of the Bellagio or Wynn. Plus, it has it's own entrance so you don't hold a long check-in line, the casino is within Mandalay Bay joined by a esplanade.
While it's location is poor. The Deuce is easy and in attendance are always Taxis.
