What's a really nice neighborhood contained by San Clemente?
What's one of the most richest, nicest neighborhoods in San Clemente, California?
Answers:
Del Cabo street
First of all, San Clemente is surrounded by Southern California right on the Orange county/San Diego county line. The Entire community is upscale but traveling between nearby and either LA or SD can be misserable due to the traffic. Best bet, use the Metrolink commuter guiderail system if you plan on living in or visit San Clemente.
You'll find lots of nice places within "The Bowl", which is a series of roads that lead down to the pier. Nice stuff. Very expensive for not plentifully of house. But spectacular views. Across the prevalent street and up in the hill are the REALLY expensive places. Some bona fide mansions.Of course, you may have to jump through some pretty low rent areas to get at hand. Watch out for June Gloom.
Well, richest and nicest in San Clemente may not be like peas in a pod thing - it depends on what you're looking for. Talega is definitely new, relatively 'rich' contained by features (golf course) and nicer homes with view. But if you want something next to the shore (and money is no object), look at Cyprus Shores. Or, for a little more lived surrounded by, close to the beach, affordable nouns, one of the nicest older neighborhoods is Riviera.
