I've found Harrahs and/or Venetian enjoy great comp card benefits. Harrahs is probably better since you can gain/use the Harrahs Total Rewards comps at Harrahs, Rio, Caesars Palace, Paris/Ballys, Flamingo in Vegas as very well as use it at other Harrahs properties across the country.
Honestly, unless you're dropping rolls of Franklins, there's really no great comps. For the average Joe, fitting luck.

I had thirty one comp night, along with several comped meals. All within return for my nickel/dime/quarter video poker play(NO Franklins)
