going to new york within febuary any suggestions on what the best things to wear going and what i should pack??

dress warm, depends how ancient you are? you can enjoy bar, arts, and food. check out metropolitan museum of art, Central park, and village. also turn to south street sea port. Take next to you a lots of money and enjoy yourself. Do not turn to subways at night or short a new yorker.
Pack winter clothes and dress warm
New York, New York is Manhatten. it's cold surrounded by february so bring a lot of cloths & money, plastic, you will want it.
That's one of the coldest points in New York's winter season!! Pack gloves, a scarf, a coat, sweaters, turtle neck, tall boots, snow boots, rainfall boots, rain coats, hat, mittens (if your hands seize cold easily), ear warmers (if your ears are sensetive to the cold), long socks, heavy jeans that you would not mind getting drizzly in the precipitation or snow (weather here is unpredictable), umbrella, MONEY (if you plan on shopping and siteseeing), a camera, an extra suit case (because if you are a big shopper you're going to stipulation it!), something to wear in your hotel or house or doesn`t matter what when you're inside (slippers, a comfy & warm robe)...that's just about all I can come up with of right now! I craving you the best on your journey and own fun! :)
sneakers. dont try to be cool & where on earth nice shoes that will kill your foot. heavy coat, scarf, gloves, etc. a nice outfit if you shift out to a fancy restaurant. & just remeber when your walking around, other act similar to you know what your doing, cause if associates can tell if you dont, the might step after you (pick pockets etc)
New york city is extraordinarily cold in Feb. i would pack thoroughly warm and totally comfy flying.

Pack some sweatshirts and jeans...I live here, its pretty cool contained by Feb. Otherwise, New York is a great place : D
yup, in good health its gonna be FREEZING up there.. so i would suggest packing some boots preferably UGG boots hence those are extremely melt AND comfortable since youll probably be walking on your feet a great deal. also a nice, warm jacket.

February can be brutal. Bring warm clothes, dress contained by layers. And, hey, what better excuse to progress shopping in NYC? By February, the winter stuff go on sale. :-)

new york+ february= -5 degree in the morning. trust me my dads gone on a ton of trips in that and its freezing at that time. Bring tons of layers, mittens, sweats or pant, anything to keep you thaw out!
Pack nought wear nothing.
It will be cold beyond your wildest dreams (and windy). The elevated buildings have a activity effect making wind much worse than if near were no buildings.
Its a hell of a town. Dress warm.
