I will be living there 6 - 8 months attending institution. I dont have transportation but can buy a motorbike if I involve to. Please give me your thoughts -- if you truly have any awareness on the subject!

I can't remember the name but nearby is an on-line rental site that helps find rooms. There is in actuality more of that than you think, plentifully of people wanting a 1-2-3 month time off without any big commitments.
