The BEST country bar contained by NY is Doc Holliday's on ave. A and 12th street! Right next door is Lucy's, a great low push button bar. If you totter around that area you'll find lots of other bar to visit as ably. That is the best neighborhood for dive bars that are relatively sheltered.
