I want to move fund to the BRONX...I miss it!?
I was born and raise in the Bronx. My husband, my son and I moved to borning as heck NJ. We've lived out here for 2 years. Now we want to move pay for to the Bronx. I don't know what area is best. We are looking to move rear legs August of 2008. But I want to find a good arts school for my son first. He'll be in 3rd category by the time we move. And he has ADHD and traits of Autism so I stipulation a school that will benefit him. And I want to live within a decent neighborhood but don't want to repay sky high rent. Does ANYONE enjoy any ideas/opinions?? Anybody with any type of counsel is more than welcome. -Thanks- ~Lee

well..surrounded by my opinion...i love moral fibre and outdoors...NYC definetly doesn't have that..it have car exhaust...
run online and search for houses contained by NJ and find the details you want
There's always Riverdale. Where ever you do move check out the district department and contact the child study team to receive sure you get the right placement for your son. Make sure you own copies of all the papers from your current institution, the IEP etc. Good Luck.
check out City Island. It's one of the few livable section of the Bronx and it's much cheaper than Riverdale.
i suggest you go vertebrae if you want to but it might be to bad for your son to live
Throgs Neck is still an affordable and nice nouns (just don't live near the projects) as okay as City Island.
Though with the wants of your child, you may want to be in Riverdale (the rents aren't that high-ranking along Broadway but you are near Van Cortlandt Park, traffic and parking is tricky to come by.)
Until I moved down here to S. Fla in '02 I spent my complete life contained by the Bronx. Personally, I had to win the heck out of NY when it took me one full hour to get from home(Pelham Bay) to work (Riverdale). Not that anyone down here know how to drive, but at least we move :) As for wearing clothes neighborhoods, I agree with the Throggs Neck one(lived near, as well) but as nice as City Island is, I know from friends it's a nightmare in the summer beside bridge traffic. I was right by the 6 chain, close to the Pelham Bay Park stop-relatively affordable, good school (PS 71 or St. Theresa). Perfect if you don't want(or can't ) to commute by car. Throggs Neck you enjoy busses but a 2 fare zone.
