Any suggestions on restaurants in Disney? We hold the
meal plan 1 counter 1 snack 1 table service staying for 8
days /nights Columbus Day wknd.

Disney food has superior over the years, so there's all kind of good counter-service places. You can attain the standard burger or hot dog in any subject park except Animal Kingdom, but all the counter-service places within the Animal Kingdom have suitable food. They have great turkey wing if you like stuff similar to that, and in EPCOT they hold a walk-up place in the United Kingdom that have some of the BEST fish and chips we've ever had -- ditto that for the walk-up place surrounded by Germany that sells bratwurst. If you hold a sweet tooth, don't miss the Boulangerie Patisserie in France or the sweet shop on Main Street U.S.A. surrounded by The Magic Kingdom
for the character breakfast---chef mickey contained by the contemporary
in epcot--the restaurant contained by the living seas aquarium or mexico
travel to beaches and cream at the Beach Club resort
at MGM nearby is a restaurant that is resembling a drive in movie you sit contained by cars too~~~~~have fun!
The best suggestion that I can offer is to bear advantage (if they are available) of the dinner shows close to the luau or polynesian review. I use to work at the Disney Reservation Center and people on the odd occasion knew these shows be included!
LeCelier is the best restaurant that merely takes one point, my second favorite one point restaurant is Captain Jacks at Downtown Disney, Boma is also a great one star choice especially if you similar to Prime Rib. Although two star restaurants (Jiko, California Grill, Narcooses)are really good for me they are not really worth burning two of your points for. If you really want to use 2 points for dinner budge to the Hoop De doo revue and drink a lot of beer or wine!! For me Sci Fi café have the best theming followed by the 50’s Prime Time Diner also one point restuarants.
For your counter service the food court by Soarin has greatly of great choices, also the Pepper Market at Coronado is probably the most expensive lunch you can have near an $18 strip steak…and you only use a counter service.
If you want to reclaim an extra point for a two star restaurant, buy your lunch at Earl of Sandwich, $7-8, then use a counter service for Dinner at the Pepper Market, waalaa you immediately have an extra point to dance to a two point dinner the next evening.
