Which is the better state to stir to/?
Ok, I'm thinking of going to a place with small crime and beside good places to live contained by, it has to be complete from petstores to fish market, I wan't to go to Kentucky but I'd approaching to know which is best, Kentucky, Ohio, I also like West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Can you supply me a list of their well-mannered colleges and, I wan't a place where I can obtain jobs confidently. But my favorites are West Virginia and Kentucky.
