All trains in the Bronx budge to Manhattan. As for getting to 50th & Madison, it depends on which train you're on. Did you have one contained by mind or are you looking for suggestions?
You can take the 1, 2, or 3 to 42nd street/Times Sq. and swith to the E toward Queens to 5th ave and 53rd st.
You can hold the B or D to 47th St./Rockefeller Center and take the V toward Queens to 5th ave and 53rd st.
Fastest --> You can help yourself to the 4 or 5 to 59th street and switch to the 6 to 51st street and lexington ave.
Easiest --> You can take the 6 adjectives the way, to 51st street and lexington ave.
Also, from Inwood, instead of the Bronx (just over the broadway bridge into Manhattan), you can embezzle the A to 42nd street and switch to the E. That's a pretty good route too and there's some parking on the street here.
My friend, may I suggest parking your car at the Woodlawn station and clutch the Metro-North Harlem Lines into Grand Central. From there you can lug the uptown (northbound) #6 train to 51st Street or walk from Grand Central to 50th Street and Madison.
Since you're traveling into and out of the city on a Saturday, you can buy a Metro-North CityTicket for travel on the Harlem between Woodlawn and Grand Central. A one bearing CityTicket cost $3.25.
Parking at Woodlawn station will cost you $3 for 16 hours of parking.
I hope this information is very beneficial. Good luck.

Gardy S is right on - best route. It's straightforward, don't worry.
park your sports car in pelham inlet park and take the 6train to downtown, to be exact basically it
park along the 6 line and steal it to 51st Street.
$2 each route -- pretty cost effective.
back you go, check www.mta.info "service advisories" to label sure construction is not causing a detour or suspension on the 6 smudge that weekend...this weekend it's actually running express through subdivision of the bronx, which would help you out if you're going up to pelham creek park.
Exactly what Gardy S said, it's the best passageway.
If you take the six train from Pelham Bay Park it will steal you more than twice the time that it would if you take a Metro North Train -- here are several Metro North Stations in the Bronx and in the neighbourhood the Bronx. You should check their website.
You should also realize that on a Saturday you can park on the street for free in abundant places and that there is no rush hour traffic.
