Just won tickets to Orlando and a stay at the Hyatt regency, how far is this from Disney World and is there shuttle service

There are two Hyatt Regencys, one at the airport and one surrounded by Lake Buena Vista. I'm assuming that you're inquiring about the one nearest Disney, at Lake Buena Vista, which is the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.
There is a shuttle to adjectives local attractions (Disney, Universal, Sea World) for free supplied on a schedule set by Mears.
