I want to find a bus service that runs from PA to New York City, me and a few friends want to nick a light of day trip?
-We dont want to rent out the whole bus, we a short time ago want to go on a bus that have other passengers, that drop us rotten in the morning and picks us up at hours of darkness.

You don't say where on earth in PA, but if you want to get a day trip, I'd guess you are conversation about Northeast/Pocono region. Martz runs shoppers specials for $25/pp. It leaves round 7AM for the city and leaves the Radio City nouns around 7PM

You don't say-so where within PA you are, but there are lots of option from eastern PA other than Greyhound. Martz have daily commuter service from Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and several towns within the Poconos. Transbridge also offers day by day commuter service from Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton. Peter Pan runs from Center City Philadelphia to New York several times a day.
Also check your local day by day paper. Many times tour companies hold charter bus one-day trips into New York, that is cheaper than a commonplace bus. They usually advertise within the section of the quality newspaper with things to do.

Greyhound Bus Lines. It's give or take a few an 8-hour trip each method from Pittsburgh to NYC, so I doubt you will be able to do a light of day trip.
