Take the Deuce Bus from Sahara to Mandalay Bay! By One ticket and it is angelic for 24 hours. I think it costs between $2-5 a personage.
You can go to see one show resembling "O" (not cheap) by yourself and hang next to the cheap people the rest of the time. There is a bus that travels the strip and a monorail too if its working. You don't enjoy to take cabs if you dispense yourself enough travel time. If you've already spent for Spice Girls you may basically want to splurge for a nice club/restaurant experience and go to cheaper comedy clubs. Don't do greatly of gambling any. I hate traveling next to cheap people.
The clubs in TI are the Cheapest IMO.
$10.00 to seize in and Kahunaville {free entry block in TI} have buy one get one free drinks on Saturdays!
Do a furrow on free stuff to do in Vegas. You'll find stuff online to lend a hand you decide what to do.
I cant aid you with the minicab Im just estimating its probably between 10 and 15 dollars to gain there!
I wouldnt suggest taking the MoNOrail bc it would tolerate you off at MGM and afterwards you still have a nice LONG totter to Mandalay Bay!! Way cheaper to take cab. One price for all. ;}

As far as cheap things to do. If you own the time, you can sign up for all kind of time share briefs and get free show tkts. The briefs give somebody a lift about 3 hrs out of your afternoon though.
I'm trying to remember what all I get for going. We did it for free tkts to Cirque - Zumanity, but then we get a coupon package where on earth we got... Stupid little free things, or discounted things. Mostly on food. Like free hot dogs, Ice cream, buffets...
Also, if you want to seize meal discounts, when the waiter/waitress asks how you close to your food, be honest. If something wasn't good, they thieve it off the bill.
