Other than Universals plan to add Harry Potter, I own not heard of anything unsullied. It is my understanding that things stay surrounded by the works for decades before they are announced. That path they are fully planned and construction goes happening, immediately after the announcement is made.
I hear they are surrounded by negotiation to add Spain to the World Showcase.

within disney they redid the dated 20,000 leagues beneath the marine ride - the one with the subs to be a Nemo ride. epcot turned their living sea into some nemo fun also. there are also a few other small things through sdisneyworld - the moters inc and princess type things.. depending on when you be there finishing would be whats new or not.
OMG! At Universal Studios, they took down the Back to the Future ride and recently replaced it next to the Simpsons ride. I was at hand when they tore it down in April. I be so sad. I tookm tons of pics. Well, anyways I hope I help.
