St. Louis has the wonderful Wash. U. It also have one of the best Med schools within the world. I am not sure about job.
I'm a high institution senior and I live in St. Louis. I'll hopefully be going to SLU (Saint Louis University) this stumble...
St. Louis is considered to be #2 most dangerous city to live surrounded by... But, not really true. It depends on where you live. Where I live, South County, it's pretty out of danger, thank God. But, let's say East St. Louis is worrisome... So, it depends.
As for the city, downtown is beautiful. St. Louis have a lot of fun things to do ... The arch is superb, it has one of the BEST zoos contained by America, and a great art and history muesum... I think you would really resembling it here.
Colleges. Well, Washington is #1 here... But, SLU is also great... Umsl is okay. Mizzou is okay. Maryville is okay... so, yes it does have some apt schools compared to a few other states...
and it's a big city ... but not that big and annoying approaching Chicago or anything.
Washington University is great. It's Ivy League contained by everything but name... SLU and UMSL are pious, too.
As far as cities go, St. Louis is nice. It have all the benifits of a big city short being too huge. Its sort of an outlandish one though. I've heard it call "The northernmost southern city, the southernmost norther city, the easternmost western city, and the westernmost eastern city in America"... its an interesting jumble.
The Monsanto biotechnology company have roots here, if that's something you'd be interested in for your career.
ably lets see we enjoy Washington University ,Then there is UMSL, Then Lindenwood ,& don't forget SLU on of the most prestigious uni's around so yes at hand are a few selections for you
St. Louis have quite a few excellent univerisities but if you are majoring within biology I would definitely recommend any Washington University or St. Louis University. Both are top notch school but have tough entrance requirements and soaring price tags for tuition. Its other important when you transmutation universities to net sure that all of your credits will verbs and that you are on track for their graduation requirements. You would lose any scholarship money that you are currently getting and its difficult to achieve anything but loans when you transfer midway through your amount. Both of these schools own large medical school and research departments so there would be great opportunity after graduation. I'd suggest checking out their websites and then making a immediate run up to St.Louis to visit the campus if you are interested. St.Louis is a great town to live in. Its not detrimental, reasonable cost of living and tons of stuff to do to be exact free or low cost.
Washington University is Super Top Notch...hard to seize into though.
We also have
UMSL
Fontbonne
Webster University
Missouri Baptist University
Saint Louis University
Maryville University
and more...

St. Louis is a great place to live. With many world-renowned university such as St. Louis University and of course Washington University and UMSL which is another flawless research University.
St. Louis is a typical Midwest with an elder city center and sprawling suburbs on the fringes. We are always time-honoured for our reasonable cost of living compared to other portions of the country and a modestly growing livelihood market. Our Economy is pretty stable right presently so jobs should not be that difficult when you activity into the job marketplace.
St Louis is a very diverse nouns so you will fit in clearly! Theres many little shops and businesses here so its pretty flowing to get a work. Im from Fenton, Missouri area but use to live contained by St. Louis, the cost of living is more expensive in the downtown nouns. But If you like luxury later I recommend staying in the South County Area.
