What's it approaching to live within NYC as 20's~30's?
Is it really like "typical"? approaching the kind of energy you see in movies and stuff? I live surrounded by CT, and I live the stereotypical suburb, preppy life. I'm not only just saying it, but I live surrounded by a picture perfect town, great university, rich people, and in recent times a great neighborhood in nonspecific. I dont think I would wanna live within NYC unless I had a clothed job and a pretty nice house. I dont suggest I can live in a home where on earth it's the size of a birdcage! I know it's expensive to live in NYC.. Is it fun contained by NYC? Is it a good place to attain a job or is it unyielding to get a profession? I want to work in an media hype firm or like be magazine writer (women's magazine type)..

I'm 20 and this year I moved to NYC. I go to an art arts school, and yes, it is hard financially..but we live the "adjectives artists" type of lifestyle. It's a wonderful place to be. I feel similar to just walking down the streets make me happier. Also, many folks mistaken NYC for being a hazardous city, but it's one of the top safest cities in the U.S. I'm not sure if you own a degree surrounded by what you want to do, but that would be your best bet. I feel similar to everyone I know in NY is doing what they own always considered necessary to do, but have have to work their way up from the bottom. It's a great experience however, and I strongly buoy you to go for it. There really is no place approaching NY.
watch CASH CAB on Discovery , it will embark on your eyes
Expensive! But well worth it if you are worthy with money.
stay away from nyc...trust me.they eat ppl approaching you for breakfast! LOL
I feel there is no place better within the world, no matter what your age. It is a tough town, but you hold the world at your fingertips! Between the art, culture, shopping, food, transportation, I just love everything in the region of it. It is however, phenomenally expensive and you would probably have to share a birdcage apartment of late to make ends come upon. For the field you plan on working contained by, NYC is the place for you, but there is deeply of competition and you really have to be over your game to grasp a job. My boss's son is currently living surrounded by Queens in an apartment he shares (his partially is $700/month) and is having a rough time finding a irremediable position. Luckily his parents are helping him financially, but not everyone is that lucky. I lived in the city while attending FIT, and permit me tell you, I go through a ton of money and had to drop out and move stern to PA, but if I ever win the lottery, I'm right back within the next year.
