Snow contained by Cleveland contained by March?
We are planning a trip in March to call in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I am from TX, so not used to driving on snow/ice. Is at hand usually snow or ice around mid March surrounded by Cleveland? Any tips or experiences are welcome. Thanks!

I don't know how usual it is to have snow contained by March, but I know it does happen. I spent April & May at classes surrounded by Cleveland Clinic some years ago. I thought it would be 2 weeks of winter & 6 weeks of spring. It was exactly the different & snowed in May.
Yes, there completely will be snow in March. You can mound on that. Drive very vigilantly.most Clevelanders are very ably versed in driving on snow and rime. Don't make any sudden moves or sharp turns, etc. They truly do a very nice chore salting the roads though.
Be mainly careful on bridges which DO rime over very efficiently.

On average, Cleveland does carry snow in March. It can also be within the 70's in March. Usually not too much snow but you should be prepared to drive on snow or rime. I'd say it's roughly 50/50.
Tips: Slow down and keep within the tracks of the car within front of you, especially if it is an Ohio plate. Stay off the freeways and give somebody a lift surface streets if you want to go unadulterated slow. Call a cab or transport public transportation. The R&R HOF is accessible by the Cleveland RTA.

Yes, I own spent many of spring break surrounded by Cleveland with the temps surrounded by the 30's and 20's with plenty of snow. Sometimes nearby is no snow, and the weather is just cold. Normally by that time, near is snow but it isn't that bad, similar to it will only be on the grass or something resembling that. My advice to you is to check the weather focus or one of our local t.v. stations for the weather that week. I hope the weather is clear, be prepared to be cold, because the Rock hall is right on the Lake. O-DOT does a pretty honourable job at keeping our roads clear of rime, so I wouldn't be that concerned especially if when driving in the city, those streets are generally kept pretty clear. Also double check all your driving directions because our city ably really the whole Cuyahoga county is underneath construction.
*** Be very measured on Deadmans curve! people close to to speed around that corner! I lost a friend there 4 years ago.
